You can submit the eyepower details while ordering the product in 3 ways. 1) Submit manually in the form , 2) upload document and 3) Submit later on mail or call. All these options are on each of the product page that appears only when you select the customize lens with prescription option. 

On average Spectunes take 4 – 7 days delivery even with majority of the customization features as well. But if the customization is with higher power lens then you can consider an extra 2-3 days. You can always check the delivery time for your pincode in the each of the product page itself.
